当前,在就业工作中存在一种奇怪现象:一方面在某些企业存在劳动者无工可做,劳动力大量外流;另一方面,有些企业却因招聘不到员工而开工不足。造成这种现象的主要原因是: 一、人为抬高门坎,劳动者望而却步。用人单位面对劳动力供大于求的情况,将一般劳动者胜任的岗位夸大为需要招聘某种学历、某种证书、某种资格的劳动者,使一般劳动者望而却步。例如某冷饮厂要招收20名简单操
