以煤矿井下液压支架所用换向阀为研究对象,对模型简化后,利用FLUENT软件模拟其内部流场特性,找出低压区和漩涡区。结果表明,流场中最大速度并不是在锥阀阀口处,而是随着阀口开度的增加而变化。在小开口时,最大速度出现在阀座节流口下游;大开口时,最大速度转移到径向过液孔下游。研究结果可为换向阀的优化设计提供参考。
Taking the directional control valve used in the coal mine hydraulic support as the research object, after simplifying the model, the internal flow field characteristics were simulated by FLUENT software to find out the low pressure area and the swirl area. The results show that the maximum velocity in the flow field is not at the cone valve port, but with the valve opening increases. In the small opening, the maximum speed appears downstream of the seat orifice; the maximum speed is transferred to the downstream of the radial through hole when the large opening. The research results can provide reference for the optimal design of the directional control valve.
