开展创先工作以来,红河供电局以供电可靠性为抓手,加强综合停电计划管理,开展设备缺陷分析,加强配网故障抢修管理,大力推广带电作业和提高转供电能力等,有效缩短了城市客户年均停电时间,供电可靠性显著提升。201 2年红河供电局城市客户年平均停电时间从2008年的42.28小时/户降低到了5.75小时/户,极大地提高了城区供电可靠性,为客户满意度提升奠定了坚实基础。
