本文从攀钢钒钛烧结矿高炉冶炼产生的泡沫渣问题追述炉内泡沫渣的生成情况。对比了各种块矿抑制炉内泡沫渣的不同效果,认为钒钛块矿“抑制”泡沫渣的效果大于普遍块矿“稀释”TiO_2、减少泡沫渣的作用。解释了配加钒钛块矿消除泡沫渣的原因。探讨了攀钢高炉近期的合理炉料结构,即炉料中配加白马块矿和会理块矿,以达到控制泡沫渣、改善生铁质量、提高生产指标的综合效果。
This article from Panzhihua vanadium and titanium sintered blast furnace smelting foam slag produced by the problem of foam furnace slag recovery situation. The results show that the effect of “inhibiting” foaming slag in vanadium titano ores is larger than that of “lumping” TiO_2 in general lump ore and reducing the effect of foaming slag. Explain with vanadium titanium lump ore eliminate foam slag reasons. This paper discussed the reasonable charging structure of the recent blast furnace in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., that is, adding Baima block ore and Huili block ore to the charge to control the foam slag, improve the quality of pig iron and improve the comprehensive effect of production index.
