测试分析了4种固化温度下,双轴向经编玻纤复合材料沿0°和90°方向的弯曲性能。以0°/90°双轴向经编玻纤织物为增强体,E-2511-1A环氧树脂/2511-1BT固化剂为基体,应用VARTM工艺成型。其中固化温度分别为70℃、80℃、90℃和100℃,测试试样沿0°和90°的弯曲性能。结果表明:在三点弯曲加载形式下,试样损伤主要集中在中间加载区,中性面损伤最小,距离中性面越远损伤越大。在VARTM成型过程中,固化温度对双轴向经编玻纤复合材料的弯曲力学性能有影响,固化温度为80℃时的弯曲性能最佳。
The bending properties of biaxial warp-knitted glass fiber composites along 0 ° and 90 ° directions were analyzed and tested under four curing temperatures. With 0 ° / 90 ° biaxial warp knitted glass fiber fabric as reinforcement, E-2511-1A epoxy resin / 2511-1BT curing agent as matrix, using VARTM process molding. The specimens were tested for bending behavior at 0 ° and 90 °, respectively, at curing temperatures of 70 ° C, 80 ° C, 90 ° C and 100 ° C. The results show that under the three-point bending loading mode, the damage of the specimen is mainly concentrated in the middle loading area, the damage of the neutral surface is the smallest, and the damage is more from the neutral surface. In the process of VARTM molding, the curing temperature has an influence on the bending mechanical properties of biaxial warp-knitted glass fiber composites. When the curing temperature is 80 ℃, the bending property is the best.
