Introduction Electricity has penetrated into all aspects of human daily life. It is hard to imagine how the life without a refrigerator, air conditioner, TV set will look like. However, electrical equipment will be useless even with advanced technology if the power is fluctuating or fails. The more critical issue is the equipment being damaged due to fluctuations in the AC input line. Several causes of line voltage fluctuations include: increased demand leads to grid overload, improper infrastructure construction or lightning strikes. No matter what kind of situation, when the line voltage fluctuates and rises, will cause the electrical equipment to face the power system
