本文从振动的基本理论出发.在对传统的隔振传递率分析的基础上,充分注意到隔振与共振的临界频率点处系统的运动特征.利用库仑阻尼与激振频率无关的特性,导出了系统在规定的振级下不出现谐振的振动传递率计算公式,为电子设备所期望的“无谐振”振动隔离提供了理论依据。为使“无谐振”隔振原理有效地应用干工程实践.本文分析和研究了系统固有频率对隔振效果的影响,提出了解决措施以及工程中的应用方法。
This article starts from the basic theory of vibration. Based on the analysis of traditional vibration isolation transmission rate, full attention has been paid to the movement characteristics of the system at the critical frequency point of vibration isolation and resonance. Based on the characteristics of Coulomb damping independent of the excitation frequency, the formula for calculating the vibration transmissibility without resonance of the system at the specified vibration level is deduced. This provides a theoretical basis for the “no resonance” vibration isolation of electronic equipment. To make “no resonance” principle of vibration isolation and effective application of dry engineering practice. This paper analyzes and studies the influence of the natural frequency of the system on the vibration isolation effect, puts forward the solution as well as the application method in the project.
