所谓“孕后治疗”即通过快速减退体内某种对维持妊娠起重要作用的调节因素,以达到完全流产为目的。此种方法似比避孕法为好,因为即使不采取避孕措施,每一个月经周期只有约1/3妇女受孕。用孕后治疗可免得使千万妇女长期用作用很强的甾体激素来避孕。现从子宫生理学者的角度说明前列腺素可用于孕后治疗的理由。
The so-called “post-treatment” means to achieve complete abortion by rapidly diminishing some of the body’s regulatory factors that play an important role in the maintenance of pregnancy. This method seems to be better than contraception, because only about one third of women get pregnant each menstrual cycle, even without contraception. Pregnancy treatment can avoid tens of millions of women long-term use of strong steroid hormones to contraception. Now from the perspective of uterine physiology prostaglandin can be used for post-pregnancy treatment of the reasons.
