目的 :探讨口服不同剂量氯丙嗪的尿中浓度 ,及持续服用同一剂量氯丙嗪尿中浓度动态变化。 方法 :在服用氯丙嗪受试者尿中加入三氯化铁及硫酸混合液 ,用 72 1分光光度计比色得光密度计算尿中浓度。 结果 :氯丙嗪口服剂量与尿中浓度呈显著正相关 ,尤以 <2 5 0 m g/d明显 ;持续服用相同剂量氯丙嗪尿中浓度多次检测无显著变化。 结论 :本法可用于临床对尿中氯丙嗪浓度进行定量测定 ;氯丙嗪口服剂量与尿中浓度呈正相关 ,持续服用未见蓄积。
Objective: To investigate the urinary concentrations of oral chlorpromazine and the dynamic changes of urine concentration in the same dose of chlorpromazine. Methods: Urinary chlorpromazine was added to the urine of ferric chloride and sulfuric acid mixture, with 72 1 spectrophotometer color density was calculated urine concentration. Results: The oral dose of chlorpromazine had a significant positive correlation with urinary concentration, especially <250 mG / d. There was no significant change in urinary concentrations of chlorpromazine after repeated injections. Conclusion: This method can be used clinically for the quantitative determination of urinary chlorpromazine concentration; oral dose of chlorpromazine and urine concentration was positively correlated, no sustained accumulation.
