在日常档案建设中,信息化是我们的一个发展方向,如何让档案管理从传统的工作方式向更智能的信息化发展,就要对档案管理人员的战略思维进行转变,让战略思维转变为以依靠信息化、智能化为主的新型管理方案,渐渐淘汰落后的技术,促进我国档案管理事业的发展。因此本片文章讨论了如何进行档案信息价建设的人才思维转变的工作,并对思维转变工作中可能出现的问题加以分析。
In the daily archives construction, informatization is one of our development direction.
