单元的整体设计和教学有助于学生构建相关的英语语言知识体系。当前,大多数小学英语教材都围绕某一主题按单元编排,不同板块的内容虽然在形式上各具风格,但它们一般多围绕单元话题展开,因此各板块之间必然存在某些关联。这些关联如同无形的纽带,将各板块内容有机联系在一起,使同一单元中几个课时的教学活动融为一体,让学生对整个单元的学习活动产生整体感,并围绕单元话题有效构建相关语言知识体系。
The overall design and teaching of the unit helps students build a relevant English language knowledge system. At present, most of the primary school English textbooks are arranged in a unitary manner around a certain topic. Although the contents of different sections are formally different in style, they generally expand around the topic of the unit, so there must be some correlation between the sections. As an invisible link, these associations organically link the contents of various sections so as to bring together a few lesson-time teaching activities in the same unit so as to give students a sense of unity in the learning activities of the entire unit and to effectively construct the relevant language around the unit topic Knowledge System.
