采用随机前沿分析技术(SFA)研究了西部11个省会城市、直辖市经济增长的技术效率及影响因素。发现西部城市经济增长呈现规模报酬递增的特点;西部大开发战略实施后经济增长效率的提升速度明显加快,城市效率差距呈现为先扩大后缩小的态势;就业结构、职工收入、人力资源数量和失业率均影响着效率的改善。
The stochastic frontier analysis (SFA) is used to study the technical efficiency and influencing factors of economic growth in 11 capital cities and municipalities in western part of China. It is found that the economic growth in the western cities shows the characteristics of increasing returns to scale; the efficiency of economic growth after the implementation of the strategy for the western development has been significantly accelerated; the urban efficiency gap has been expanded and then reduced; the employment structure, the income of workers, the amount of human resources and unemployment Rates affect the improvement of efficiency.
