世界卫生组织西太区办事处于1981年底在广州召开了国际鼻咽癌专题会,提出“鼻咽癌组织分型的建议”。据此,我们复查了1977—1978年的一批经放疗并随诊3年以上的鼻咽癌活检病例,观察病理改变与患者预后的关系。 材料和方法
The World Health Organization’s Western Pacific Region Office held an international nasopharyngeal cancer conference in Guangzhou at the end of 1981 and proposed the “Proposal for classification of nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue”. Based on this, we reviewed a group of nasopharyngeal cancer biopsy cases that had been treated with radiotherapy for more than 3 years from 1977 to 1978, and observed the relationship between pathological changes and prognosis.
