网络自主学习是目前我国大学英语学习的重要组成部分和改革的主要方向。大学英语网络自主学习具有海量网络学习资源的高选择性、网络自主学习资源过度结构化和直观化、网络学习环境相对封闭和对学习者自主学习能力较为依赖的特点,从而导致学习者心理上存在认知负荷不当、淡化学习深度、弱化学生思维架构、难以实现真正的合作和互动以及易产生心理焦虑与茫然等不良心理倾向,应采取针对性的网络自主学习心理调整策略。
