电磁成形是一种高能率非接触成形技术,其利用高压脉冲电流通过电磁线圈产生瞬态强磁场,使附近的导体工件产生涡流,工件受到洛伦兹力的作用而变形。数值模拟技术是研究电磁成形的有效方法。通过分析和讨论国内外电磁成形数值模拟技术的研究及应用,综述了直接耦合法、松散耦合法和顺序耦合法3种电磁成形数值模拟方法的算法和特点,其中松散耦合和顺序耦合研究及应用较为广泛,实际应用中可根据试件的电磁成形特点合理选择数值模拟方法。
Electromagnetic forming is a high-energy non-contact forming technology, which uses high-voltage pulse current through the electromagnetic coil to produce transient strong magnetic field, the nearby conductor workpiece vortex, the workpiece by the Lorentz force and deformation. Numerical simulation technology is an effective method to study electromagnetic forming. By analyzing and discussing the research and application of numerical simulation of electromagnetic forming at home and abroad, the algorithms and characteristics of three kinds of electromagnetic forming numerical simulation methods of direct coupling method, loose coupling method and sequential coupling method are summarized, in which loose coupling and sequential coupling research and application It is widely used in practice, and the numerical simulation method can be reasonably selected according to the electromagnetic forming characteristics of the specimen.
