本文探讨了利用超高效液相色谱UPLC测定食品中苯甲酸的含量的方法。方法在0.100~50.0μg/mL浓度范围内线性相关,r=1.000。方法的回收率在90%~105%之间。重复性相对标准偏差小于5%。检出限(LOD)和定量限(LOQ)分别为6.00×10-4和2.0×10-3g/kg。方法通过与HPLC方法的测定结果的比较研究了方法的选择性。利用t检验技术分析HPLC与UPLC的测定结果表明,在95%的置信度条件下,2个系统的测定结果一致,方法具有很好的选择性。
This article explored the use of ultra performance liquid chromatography UPLC method for the determination of benzoic acid content in food. The method was linear in the concentration range of 0.100 ~ 50.0μg / mL, r = 1.000. The recovery rate of the method is between 90% and 105%. The relative standard deviation of repeatability is less than 5%. The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantitation (LOQ) were 6.00 × 10-4 and 2.0 × 10-3g / kg, respectively. Methods The selectivity of the method was investigated by comparison with the HPLC method. The results of HPLC and UPLC analysis using t test showed that the results of two systems were consistent under 95% confidence level and the method was very selective.
