目的 探讨醛固酮合成酶基因CYP11B2在正常与肝纤维化大鼠肝组织中的表达。方法 48只雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为模型组与对照组。模型组:40% CCl4 油2.5 ml/kg(b.w.皮下注射,每周3次;对照组:橄榄油2.5 ml/kg(b.w.皮下注射。于第4、6、8、10周处死大鼠,光镜下观察肝组织形态学变化。RT-PCR和原位杂交法检测CYP11B2 的表达。结果与结论 原位杂交法及RT-PCR检测显示CYP11B2在纤维化形成时表达增强,提示CYP11B2在纤维化肝脏的储脂细胞中表达增强。
Objective To investigate the expression of aldosterone synthase gene CYP11B2 in normal and hepatic fibrosis rats.
