随着市场经济在我国的持续发展,越来越多的企业为了能在困境中寻求生存的出路,选择了并购重组。企业重组后,可以发挥协同效应,扩大市场占有率,实现规模经济,降低企业交易成本,从而增强了企业的竞争力。本文以中顺制造公司为例,论述了企业在生存困境中通过采取了正确的重组方式,顺利实现扭亏为盈,让企业重新焕发了勃勃生机,同时论述了企业重组后取得的良好的经营效果。
With the continuous development of market economy in our country, more and more enterprises have chosen mergers and acquisitions in order to seek survival in the difficult situation. After the reorganization of the enterprise, synergies can be brought into play, the market share can be expanded, the economies of scale can be achieved, the transaction costs of enterprises can be reduced, and the competitiveness of enterprises can be enhanced. This article takes ZhongShun manufacturing company as an example, expounds the enterprise in the survival predicament by adopting the correct reorganization method, successfully turns around the losses and profits, the enterprise renewed full of vigor and vitality, at the same time discusses the enterprise reorganization obtains the good business result .
