现金流预算如何与ERP系统有机结合,发挥它应有的效果,服务企业,实时监控企业的日常生产经营活动是我国企业管理信息化的一个切实可行的切入点,中国铝业作为大型集团公司在ERP成功实施两年后率先进行了尝试,并取得了成功。本文从现金流预算管理实施背景、实施原理、实施效果、实施意义四个方面介绍中国铝业现金流预算管理在ERP系统下的有效实施。
How to integrate the cash flow budget with the ERP system to give full play to its due effect, to serve the enterprises and to monitor the daily production and operation activities of the enterprises in real time is a practical starting point for the management informationization in China. As a large group company, ERP successfully implemented two years after the first attempt, and achieved success. This paper introduces the effective implementation of China Aluminum Cash Flow Budget Management under the ERP system from four aspects: the implementation background, implementation principle, implementation effect and implementation significance of cash flow budget management.
