地震的成因机制和地震的预测是世界性难题,目前尚处于初期的科学探索阶段。关于地震的成因机制目前占统治地位的说法是构造地震,但该假说遇到很多难以用构造运动解释的诸如能量、断裂特征、电磁异常及光电异常等等现象。本文首先通过大量的事实说明地震是一种由构造运动激发引起的地下累积负电荷泄露造成的放电现象(类似地下雷电)。这些事实包括:(1)大地震发生时,往往会有发光现象。(2)大地震发生时,往往会有电磁场的突然
The causes of earthquakes and the prediction of earthquakes are worldwide problems and are still in the early stage of scientific exploration. The current dominant cause of earthquakes is tectonic earthquakes, but the hypothesis encounters many phenomena such as energy, fault features, electromagnetic anomalies, and photoelectric anomalies that are difficult to interpret using tectonic movements. In this paper, we first show by lots of facts that earthquakes are a kind of discharge phenomena (similar to underground lightning) caused by accumulative underground negative charge leakage caused by tectonic movement. These facts include: (1) When a major earthquake occurs, there is often a glowing phenomenon. (2) When a major earthquake occurs, there will often be a sudden electromagnetic field
