本文提出了一种运用微波辐照再生吸附有甲苯废气活性炭的新再生方法。通过正交试验 ,探讨了活性炭在微波辐照条件下脱附率与活性炭量、微波功率、载气线速度及再生时间等因素的关系 ;得出了再生的优化条件 ;测定了解吸速率曲线 ;对影响活性炭损耗的各因素进行了分析 ;并对再生后甲苯的冷凝回收法进行了探索。
In this paper, we propose a new regeneration method using microwave radiation to regenerate activated carbon with toluene waste gas. Through the orthogonal experiment, the relationship between desorption rate of activated carbon under microwave irradiation and the amount of activated carbon, microwave power, carrier gas linear velocity and regeneration time was discussed. The optimal conditions of regeneration were obtained. The desorption rate curve was determined. The factors influencing the loss of activated carbon were analyzed. The recovery of toluene after condensation was also explored.
