目的探讨听障大学生体育锻炼、锻炼自我效能感、身体自尊和生活满意度之间的关系,为提高听障大学生的生活满意度提供理论依据。方法采用体育活动等级量表、锻炼自我效能感量表中文版、身体自尊量表和生活满意度量表,对整群抽取的天津市某高校308名听障大学生进行集体施测,使用SPSS 16.0和Mplus 7统计软件进行数据分析。结果相关分析显示,体育锻炼与锻炼自我效能感、身体自尊和生活满意度均呈正相关(r值分别为0.18,0.21,0.13,P值均<0.05);锻炼自我效能感与身体自尊和生活满意度均呈正相关(r值分别为0.24,0.21,P值均<0.01);身体自尊与生活满意度呈正相关(r=0.31,P<0.01)。结构方程模型分析表明,身体自尊在体育锻炼和生活满意度间起中介作用;锻炼自我效能感和身体自尊在体育锻炼和生活满意度间起链式中介作用。结论体育锻炼能提高听障大学生的锻炼自我效能感和身体自尊,从而提高生活满意度。
Objective To explore the relationship between physical exercise, self-efficacy, physical self-esteem and life satisfaction of undergraduates, and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the life satisfaction of undergraduates. Methods A total of 308 college students with hearing-impaired students from a certain college in Tianjin were enrolled in the study using the physical activity scale, the Chinese version of the self-efficacy scale, the physical self-esteem scale and the life satisfaction scale. SPSS 16.0 and Mplus 7 statistical software for data analysis. Results Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between physical exercise and exercise self-efficacy, body self-esteem and life satisfaction (r = 0.18,0.21,0.13, P <0.05 respectively); exercise self-efficacy and physical self-esteem and life satisfaction (R = 0.24,0.21, P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between body self-esteem and life satisfaction (r = 0.31, P <0.01). Analysis of structural equation model shows that physical self-esteem plays an intermediary role between physical exercise and life satisfaction; exercise self-efficacy and physical self-esteem play a role as a chain intermediary between physical exercise and life satisfaction. Conclusion Physical exercise can improve the self-efficacy and physical self-esteem of hearing-impaired college students and improve their life satisfaction.
