本项实验在12名志愿受试者身上采用交叉设计法,以市售品为参照,用HPLC方法对阿莫西林可溶片进行生物利用度的考察,结果表明两者无显著差异。
This experiment in 12 volunteers who cross design method, the commercial products as a reference, the use of HPLC method for amoxicillin soluble tablets bioavailability of the study showed no significant difference between the two.
