采用热压法制备铜-石墨-二硫化钼复合材料,测试了不同成分下复合材料在空气与真空环境下的摩擦磨损性能。通过对该复合材料力学性能和磨痕表面形貌的分析,探讨其摩擦磨损机理。
Copper-graphite-molybdenum disulfide composites were prepared by hot pressing method. The tribological properties of composites under different compositions were tested under air and vacuum conditions. Through the analysis of the mechanical properties of the composite and the surface morphology of the wear scar, the mechanism of friction and wear was discussed.
