目的探讨内镜下黏膜剥离术(ESD)技师配合技术和方法。方法通过总结和回顾ESD术设备准备、技术参数及技师的配合方法,保证ESD术的成功进行,减少出血及穿孔等并发症发生。结果ESD术关键的治疗附件包括内镜注射针、针型切开刀、IT切开刀、止血钳及高频电凝器ICC-200等。通过合理使用ESD电切、电凝的技术参数和配合技术,成功进行了28例患者29个病变的ESD术。结论合理使用电切、电凝等技术参数和配合技术是防止并发症、成功进行ESD术的重要保障。
Objective To explore the technique and method of endoscopic mucosal dissection (ESD) technician cooperation. Methods By summarizing and reviewing the equipment preparation, technical parameters and technician ’s cooperation of ESD, the successful operation of ESD was ensured and the complications such as bleeding and perforation were reduced. Results The key therapeutic accessories for ESD were endoscopic injection needle, needle incision, IT incision, hemostat and ICC-200. Through the rational use of ESD incision, coagulation of the technical parameters and with the technology, successfully carried out in 28 patients with 29 lesions of the ESD. Conclusion The rational use of electrical cutting, coagulation and other technical parameters and coordination technology is to prevent complications, the successful implementation of an important guarantee for ESD.
