和谐社会中的政府管理,当然必须转到以民为本上,那么政府的标准就应把以人为本作为考核标准,做到立党为公、执政为民。政府管理模式转换意味着由社会的直接“管理者”逐步转向社会治理的“主导者”,形成全体人民各尽其能,各得其所而又和谐相处的社会。本文试着从构建和谐社会的背景下探讨政府管理模式的创新。
Of course, the government management in a harmonious society must be shifted to the people-centered principle. Therefore, the government's standard should regard people as the basis for assessment so as to establish the party as the public and govern for the people. The transformation of government management mode means that the direct “manager” of the society should be gradually shifted to the “leader” of social governance so as to form a society in which all the people do their best and each has its own harmony. This article tries to explore the innovation of government management mode from the background of building a harmonious society.
