本文介绍了在 HL220转轮改型模型试验中,针对尾水管内的流动,采用2D—PIV 激光内流速测试设备对尾水管锥管、肘管、扩散管内的多个平面进行的内流测试。文中详细给出了有代表性的5个工况下转轮出口位置径向面和子午面的流动瞬态时均化结果,对内部固定位置的瞬态速度变化特征给出了速度的变化曲线。PIV 内流测试结果为准确认识尾水管内的流动演变提供了依据。
In this paper, we introduced the flow test of HL220 runner modified model test for the flow in the draft tube and the 2D-PIV laser inner flow velocity test equipment for multiple planes in the draft tube, elbow tube and diffusion tube. In this paper, we give the representative results of the flow transient in the radial and meridional positions at the outlet of the rotor under five typical conditions, and give the variation curves of the velocity at the internal fixed position . PIV inflow test results provide a basis for accurate understanding of the evolution of the flow in the draft tube.
