职业学校培养的软件人才毕业后难以就业,而软件企业招聘不到合适的软件人才,是一对突出的矛盾,已成为一个社会问题,牵动着千家万户的心。到底是什么原因?应该怎样去改善?有哪些思路值得研究实施?等等是亟待解决的问题。本文从企业的需求出发对问题进行了剖析,指出了职业学校所应该承担的责任,并分析了当前软件行业有利的就业形势,最后,提出了几种改变目前困难的培养职业学校软件人才的途径和思路。
The software professionals trained by vocational schools are hard to find jobs after graduation. Software companies fail to recruit suitable software talents. This is a prominent contradiction and has become a social issue that affects the hearts and minds of millions of households. In the end what is the reason? How to improve? What ideas worthy of research and implementation? And so on are the problems to be solved. This paper analyzes the problems from the needs of the enterprises, points out the responsibility that the vocational schools should bear, and analyzes the favorable employment situation in the current software industry. Finally, it puts forward several ways to change the current difficulties in training vocational software talents And ideas.
