目的,探讨武术锻炼对大学生心理健康的影响。方法,发放问卷调查500份,采用症状自评表SCL-90,由102名非体育专业的大学生组成武术组和对照组进行为期四个月的自然实验。结果,问卷调查显示大学生心理异常或心理问题的检出率为12.25%,武术组锻炼前后在10个症因子、总分、均分上的P值均小于0.05,具有显著差异,其中在总分、均分、强迫、敌意、妄想症因子上有非常显著性差异。结论:经过四个月的实验,武术组的大学生在心理健康状况改善较明显。
Objective To explore the impact of Wushu training on mental health of college students. Methods A total of 500 questionnaires were sent to the Wushu group and the control group of 102 non-PE majors to conduct a four-month natural experiment using SCL-90. The results showed that the detection rate of college students mental anomalies or psychological problems was 12.25%. Before and after exercise, the P values of all 10 factors, total scores and mean scores were all less than 0.05, , Equally divided, forced, hostile, delusional factors have very significant differences. Conclusion: After four months of experiment, college students in Wushu group improved their mental health significantly.
