目的探究磁共振IDEAL-IQ序列对肝脏脂肪变性和铁过载的诊断价值。方法选取2013年5月至2015年5月收治的脂肪肝患者（甲组）,同时期收治地中海贫血反复输血患者（乙组）与健康体检人群（丙组）,各30例。对3组的脂肪含量与铁含量进行比较分析。结果甲组与丙组的肝脏脂肪含量比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;乙组与丙组的铁含量比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采取磁共振IDEAL-IQ序列进行扫描可获得多组的图像,有利于对受检者进行肝脏内脂肪含量与铁含量的分析判断,临床诊断意义重大。
