沥青混合料空隙率是影响沥青混凝土路面透水性的主要因素,为了评价沥青混合料透水性与空隙率的关系以及沥青混凝土路面施工中空隙率控制方法,本文对沥青混合料透水性进行了室内与现场试验分析,并通过正交试验分析级配波动对沥青混合料透水性的影响。分析结果表明:沥青混合料空隙率与透水性成指数关系,空隙率越大,透水性越强;沥青用量和通过0.075 mm筛孔的质量百分率的波动对沥青混凝土路面的渗水性影响最大。
Void content of asphalt mixture is the main factor affecting permeability of asphalt concrete pavement. In order to evaluate the relationship between permeability and voidage of asphalt mixture and porosity control method in asphalt concrete pavement construction, Field test analysis, and through orthogonal test analysis of gradation fluctuations on the permeability of asphalt mixture. The results show that the voidage and permeability of asphalt mixture have an exponential relationship, and the bigger the porosity is, the stronger the water permeability. Asphalt content and the mass percentage of 0.075 mm sieve pass have the greatest influence on the seepage of asphalt pavement.
