目前,对于工业气体投资中风险的管理和控制研究很少,本文希望从这方面入手,提高工业气体投资的效率,降低投资过程中的风险影响。本文基于国内外工业气体服务发展的历史及现状,结合相关的影响因素,对项目的设立运行进行分析。首先,需要考虑项目相关的背景因素,如合作方、市场需求、环境、价格定位、财务状况等;其次,需要根据项目的实际情况,结合上述因素,对项目所涉及的环节进行具体分析;最后,需要对该项目的实施提出解决问题的对策并进行分析总结,为其他类似的项目提供借鉴。
