为了减少COREX炼铁工艺所使用的煤在处理过程中所产生的粉末量,使用落差仪器对其进行了粉化特性的检测。分别对露天放置1个月、3个月、6个月、9个月和1年的煤样进行了粉末产生量的测量,结果发现粉末比例随着露天放置时间的延长而增加。通过一系列落差实验可以得到临界落差高度,在临界高度以下粉末产生量就会减少。根据实验结果,建议煤块落差高度不要超过3m。根据落差实验测得的煤粉化率,也可以得出当煤处于稳定性时的作用效果。对于原始粉末含量高的煤,采用缓冲垫可以减少其粉化程度。含有一定量粉末的煤落到不同类型的缓冲垫上时,其粉化程度会有所降低,但具体缓冲效果取决于缓冲垫表面类型。
In order to reduce the amount of powder produced during the processing of coal used in the COREX ironmaking process, it was tested for dusting characteristics using a drop-off apparatus. The amount of powder produced was measured in open air for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 1 year respectively. It was found that the proportion of powder increased with the increase of exposure time. The critical drop height can be obtained from a series of drop tests, and below the critical height the amount of powder produced is reduced. According to the experimental results, it is recommended that the height of coal block drop should not exceed 3m. According to the drop experiment measured coal pulverization rate can also be obtained when the coal in the stability of the effect. For coal with a high original powder content, the use of a cushion reduces the degree of pulverization. Pulps containing a certain amount of powder fall to different types of bolster, the degree of chalking will be reduced, but the specific buffering effect depends on the type of bumper surface.
