目的研究新型盖髓材料磷酸钙/硅酸钙/泡铋矿复合水门汀(Calcium phosphate-calcium silicate-bismuth compound cement,CPCSBi)诱导牙髓细胞分化的作用。方法分别采用CPCSBi、氢氧化钙(CH)饱和溶液和10%EDTA溶液,从人牙本质粉末中提取可溶性牙本质基质(DDMCs),通过半定量RT-PCR方法,分析不同材料所提取DDMCs对人牙髓细胞的涎磷蛋白(DSPP)、骨钙素(OCN)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)基因表达的影响。结果不同材料提取的DDMCs都能提高体外培养人牙髓细胞DSPP、OCN和TGF-β1基因的表达,其中以CPCSBi溶液提取DDMCs的促进作用最明显。结论 CPCSBi对牙髓细胞分化具有促进作用。
Objective To study the effect of calcium phosphate / calcium silicate-bismuth compound cement (CPCSBi) on the differentiation of dental pulp cells. Methods Soluble dentin matrix (DDMCs) was extracted from human dentin powder by using CPCSBi, saturated solution of calcium hydroxide (CH) and 10% EDTA solution respectively. The DDMCs extracted from different materials were analyzed by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. (DSPP), osteocalcin (OCN) and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) gene expression in dental pulp cells. Results DDMCs extracted from different materials could improve the expression of DSPP, OCN and TGF-β1 in cultured human dental pulp cells. Among them, the promotion of DDMCs by CPCSBi solution was the most obvious. Conclusion CPCSBi can promote the differentiation of dental pulp cells.
