随着成人教育规模的日益扩大,如何提高成人教育质量成为人们迫切需要解决的问题。成人教育学生(成教生)学习动力不足是影响成人教育质量的一个重要因素。自我赋权理论从个人、组织、社区(社会)三个层次提出了引导成教生学习积极性的路径。通过成教生学习自我赋权必要性的阐述,最终基于自我赋权视角提出对成教生学习引导的三条策略。
With the increasing scale of adult education, how to improve the quality of adult education has become an urgent problem to be solved. Adult Education Students (Adult Students) Learning motivation is an important factor affecting the quality of adult education. Self-empowerment theory from individual, organization, community (society) at three levels put forward to guide students into the path of learning enthusiasm. Through the elaboration of adult learners ’self-empowerment necessity, this paper finally proposes three strategies to guide adult learners’ learning from the perspective of self-empowerment.
