现在国家提倡本科院校转型应用型本科,主要目的是提高学生的实践动手能力。旅游管理专业是一个要求实践能力强的专业,注重学生职业能力培养。提高学生实践能力,首先要提高教师的实践动手能力,在我国旅游管理专业的教学人才不足,具有实践能力的教师更少,这是阻碍旅游管理进一步发展的瓶颈。因此,必须提高旅游管理专业双师型教师队伍建设,这是提高学生实践能力的根本。 Nowadays, countries advocate the transformation of applied undergraduate education in undergraduate colleges, the main purpose is to improve students’ practical ability.
