运动训练原则是人们依据运动训练活动的客观规律而确定的组织运动训练所必须遵循的基本准则。科学合理的训练原则有助于运动成绩的提高。文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法对运动训练原则在武术中的运用体现进行分析,得出运动训练的竞技需要原则、动机激励原则、有效控制原则、周期安排原则、适宜负荷原则、区别对待原则、直观教学原则、适时恢复原则等原则,在武术运动的训练中扮演着重要的角色。
The principle of exercise training is one of the basic rules that people must follow to determine the objective of the exercise training activities. Scientific and reasonable training principles contribute to the improvement of sports performance. The article analyzes the application of sports training principles in Wushu by using the method of documentation and logic analysis, and draws the conclusion that sports training needs the principle of motivation, motivation, principle of effective control, the principle of periodic arrangement and the principle of appropriate load. The principle of treatment, intuitive teaching principle, principle of timely restoration and so on, plays an important role in the training of martial arts.
