植物生物技术的巨大进展使人们能够更加有效地利用植物生产异源蛋白。其中,植物产生的单克隆抗体引起人们的极大关注。近年来,人们开展了一系列植物抗体的应用研究。本文就转基因植物产生的抗体及植物抗体在人类免疫治疗中的应用进行了综述。
The tremendous progress made in plant biotechnology enables people to make more efficient use of plants for the production of heterologous proteins. Among them, the monoclonal antibodies produced by plants have drawn great attention. In recent years, people have carried out a series of application studies of plant antibodies. This review summarizes the applications of antibodies and plant antibodies produced by transgenic plants in human immunotherapy.
