产品可靠性技术贯穿于产品设计、制造、试验、使用和维修等各个环节。产品设计阶段的工作质量,对产品的可靠性具有根本性的影响。本文综述了产品设计阶段,采用概率设计法、二阶矩法、FMEA法、FTA法等提高工程机械的可靠性,分析了这些方法的特点及实用性,并指出提高我国工程机械产品的质量水平,必须高度重视产品设计阶段的可靠性问题。
Product reliability technology throughout the product design, manufacture, testing, use and maintenance of all aspects. The quality of work at the product design stage has a fundamental effect on the reliability of the product. This paper reviews the product design stage, using probability design method, second moment method, FMEA method, FTA method to improve the reliability of construction machinery, analysis of the characteristics of these methods and practicality, and pointed out that the quality of our country to improve the quality of construction machinery products , We must attach great importance to the reliability of the design phase of the product.
