根据GB17691-2005(《车用压燃式、气体燃料点燃式发动机与汽车排气污染物排放现值及测量方法》)的要求,从2010年1月1日起,正式实施国Ⅳ排放标准,此标准适用于除重型汽油车之外的所有重型汽车。但在一份名为《2010年1月1日起施行的环保法规、标准》的通知里,笔者并没有看到有关国Ⅳ标准的只言片语。看来国Ⅳ标准如期实施已然不可能了。那么,何时开始实施、实施的范围、国Ⅲ产品还可以销售多久等,就成为企业最关心的问题。可这些问题至今却仍没有答案。
