华北制药集团北元有限公司工会成立几年来,在工会工作中坚持以“三个代表”为指针,紧紧围绕着企业的生产经营工作,广泛开展形式多样的群众性的生产、宣教、文体、送温暖等活动,充分调动了广大职工的劳动生产积极性,推进了“职工之家”建设,促进了企业各项工作的稳步发展。加强工会队伍建设,努力提高工会干部素质几年来,北元公司坚持不定期的对工会委员、工会组长进行培训,内容从工会组长工作的特点、作用、职责讲起,要求每个工会干部在工作中要以身作则,实事求是,坚持原则,秉公办事,善于团结不同意见的员工,以优良的工作作风,树立良好的个人形象,组织和带领全组会员深入开展创建“职工小家”活动。
