学校教育品质的提升离不开高效的学校管理文化。高效的课堂更离不开有成效的班集体管理。班集体管理源于学生的自觉、自主、自发的自我管理,更源于班主任细谨、人本、艺术的管理手段。我们认为积极培育发展班主任群体、有效管理班主任团体是当务之急。为此我们一方面点面结合,细化班主任培训,一方面分层推进,优化班主任考核。从促进满足职业发展需求和积极肯定班主任管理行为两方面入手,激发或维持班主任对繁琐、复杂的班集体管
The improvement of school education quality can not be separated from efficient school management culture. Efficient class can not do without collective management of effective classes. Class collective management stems from the students self-conscious, autonomous, spontaneous self-management, but also stems from class teacher careful, human, art management tools.
