目的:观察血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在宫颈癌中的表达,分析其对宫颈癌发病的可能影响。方法:免疫组化SP法检测VEGF和MMP-9在宫颈癌和正常宫颈黏膜的表达,探讨其在宫颈癌的作用以及二者之间的相关性并作统计学相关分析。结果:VEGF在宫颈癌及正常宫颈黏膜的上皮细胞、血管内皮细胞、腺上皮细胞和散在分布的炎症细胞均有表达,宫颈癌组表达明显高于正常黏膜对照组(P<0.05);MMP-9在对照组正常宫颈黏膜的皮有弱阳性表达,而宫颈癌组在上皮细胞、内皮细胞和腺上皮细胞中有强表达,宫颈癌组表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。VEGF与MMP-9表达呈正相关(r=0.442,P=0.002)。结论:EGF和MMP-9的表达可能对宫颈癌的发生和发展有重要作用,而且在宫颈癌中VEGF可能对MMP-9的表达也有调控作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in cervical cancer, and to analyze its possible effect on the pathogenesis of cervical cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of VEGF and MMP-9 in cervical cancer and normal cervical mucosa, and to explore the role of VEGF and MMP-9 in cervical cancer as well as the correlation between the two and statistical analysis. Results: VEGF was expressed in epithelial cells, vascular endothelial cells, glandular epithelial cells and scattered inflammatory cells in cervical cancer and normal cervical mucosa. The expression of VEGF in cervical cancer was significantly higher than that in normal mucosa (P <0.05) 9 in the control group had a weak positive expression of cervical mucosa, while cervical cancer group was strongly expressed in epithelial cells, endothelial cells and glandular epithelial cells, and the expression in cervical cancer group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of VEGF and MMP-9 (r = 0.442, P = 0.002). Conclusion: The expression of EGF and MMP-9 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of cervical cancer. VEGF may also regulate the expression of MMP-9 in cervical cancer.
