随着我国逐步成为世界市场经济体系的一个部分,港口的发展、竞争与合作以及如何提高港口竞争力成了重要和现实的议题,《中国港口》每一期都有多篇文章涉及或探讨。同时,在国际上,由于港口私有化和港口经营国际化成为趋势,竞争和竞争力相关的探讨也逐渐增加。但是,仅从我个人阅读到的理论文献和实践分析报告看,对于港口竞争仍然存在不少误解和仍待探讨的地方。
As our country gradually becomes a part of the world market economy system, the development, competition and cooperation of the ports and how to enhance the competitiveness of the ports have become important and realistic topics. There are many articles in each issue of “China ports” involved or discussed. In the meantime, as the internationalization of port privatization and port operations become a trend, the discussion on competition and competitiveness has also gradually increased. However, only from the theoretical literature and practical analysis reports personally read by me, there are still many misunderstandings and discussions on port competition.
