职业价值观与职业适应性关系密切。职业价值观内涵各要素对于高职护生职业适应性影响明显,这种影响表现在学生在职业兴趣、职业能力和职业绩效等几个方面的选择和取向。学校就业指导教师应该适时运用一定教育策略,培养学生职业价值观,加强学生兴趣引导,进而提高学生职业适应性。
Vocational values and occupational adaptability are closely related. The connotation of vocational values has obvious influence on occupational adaptability of high vocational nursing students. This kind of influence is manifested in the choice and orientation of students in occupational interest, professional ability and professional performance. School employment guidance teachers should make appropriate use of a certain educational strategy, cultivate students’ professional values, enhance students’ interest and guidance, and then improve students’ career adaptability.
