体能是定向运动的基础,是提高技术的关键因素,是提高运动竞技能力的最基本、最可控因素,所以对定向运动员进行有效的体能特征分析非常必要。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对定向运动员体能训练的特征以及方法手段展开论述,指出可以通过科学、有效的身体训练方法来提高运动员的力量、速度、耐力等专项体能,提高运动成绩。
Physical fitness is the basis of directional movement, which is the key factor to improve the technique and the most basic and the most controllable factor to improve athletic competitive ability. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct effective physical characteristics analysis for directed athletes. This paper discusses the characteristics and methods of physical training for directional athletes through literature, questionnaire and expert interviews, pointing out that the athletes’ strength, speed, stamina and so on can be improved through scientific and effective physical training methods. Special physical fitness, improve athletic performance.
