随着我国社会、经济和科学技术的高速发展,公共图书馆作为社会知识、信息、文化的记忆和扩散装置,更是需要随着时代的脚步建设和完善其服务体系,应以用户需求视角,坚持以满足用户需求优先的原则,构建完善的服务体系,拓展用户服务渠道,从而对提高国民文化水平、提高社会生产力和社会效益具有重要作用。本文通过对比国内外研究现状,在分析我国图书馆服务体系建设上的问题为基础,总结出我国图书馆服务体系应完善的方面。
With the rapid development of our society, economy and science and technology, as a memorizing and diffusing device of social knowledge, information and culture, public libraries need to build and perfect their service systems with the pace of the times. From the perspective of user needs, Adhere to the principle of meeting the needs of users first, build a perfect service system and expand user service channels, which plays an important role in raising the national cultural level and improving social productivity and social benefits. By comparing the research status at home and abroad, based on the analysis of the problems in the construction of our library service system, this paper summarizes the aspects that should be perfected in our library service system.
