拉拔技术的发展主要取决于变形区内摩擦对拉拔力、模子的磨损以及提高被拉钢丝质量的影响。可从以下方面降低拉拔过程中的摩擦,如拉拔前的表面准备和拔丝润滑剂;在变形区润滑条件的改善和模孔几何形状;开发模子的新材料;采用辊式模或旋转模。这些在生产中都取得了成效。其中效果最明显的是后两种,它改变了变形能的分配和摩擦条件,这是提高拉模寿命的主要因素(见图)。
Drawing technology depends mainly on the development of friction within the deformation zone of the drawing force, mold wear and improve the quality of drawn steel. Friction during drawing can be reduced, such as surface preparation prior to drawing and wiredrawing lubricant; improvement of lubrication conditions in the deformation zone and die hole geometry; development of new materials for molds; use of roll or rotary die . These have all achieved results in production. One of the most obvious is the latter two, which changes the distribution of energy and friction conditions, which is to improve the life-cycle of the main factors (see Figure).
