在高校体育教学中合理运用激励机制能增强学生的求知欲,对学习产生浓厚的兴趣,提高教学效果。本文分析了激励机制的内涵,简单介绍了目标激励、竞争激励、实物激励、言语激励四种激励方法,最后论述了激励机制在高校体育教学中的应用。
Rational use of incentive mechanism in college physical education can enhance students’ curiosity, have a strong interest in learning and improve teaching effectiveness. This article analyzes the connotation of the incentive mechanism, simply introduces four kinds of incentive methods: target incentive, competitive incentive, physical incentive and verbal encouragement. Finally, it discusses the application of incentive mechanism in college physical education.
