报道了一款新颖单片集成电路,其集成了数控衰减功能及放大功能。在设计过程中,为实现单片集成电路的宽带特性,放大单元采用负反馈结构;为实现单片集成电路的低噪声特性和功率特性,精确测量器件的噪声特性,合理选择放大单元中器件的工作点,合理布局放大单元和衰减单元衔接顺序;为实现单片集成电路的高精度衰减特性,针对不同衰减量合理选择T型和π型结构。通过以上设计手段,该单片集成电路在1.5~7 GHz增益达到20 dB、噪声系数2 dB、1 dB压缩点输出功率高达18 dBm;能够实现1 dB步进、最大衰减量达到31 dB的衰减功能。该单片集成电路把三款单功能电路集成在一个芯片上,在实现同样功能的前提下大幅缩减芯片面积,有效降低成本。
